John F Kennedy is often thought of in mythical terms. His Presidency and personality seem larger than life. This charismatic, young leader brought hope of justice and peace to a nation, and guided it through the brink of nuclear war.  Kennedy was loved and admire by people around the world. His thoughtfulness and grace spoke to our better angels, but as it is with many great men he was a threat to a darker, powerful reality.

Some would suggest that those who believe there was a conspiracy to assassinate John F. Kennedy cannot accept the act of a lone assassin balance against the historical weight of such a great man.  I would suggest it is quite the opposite. Many honest, sincere and talented people have lent their time, money and efforts to investigating the murder of President John F. Kennedy because of their deep respect for the truth and their conviction that no power should rule above the life of any man; humble or great.

Researchers of the Kennedy assassination are often mock, belittled and dismissed as nuts, and tin-foil hat wearing lunatics, but the reality is they are often serious minded individuals, who refuse to follow the herd, who will not trust the dictates of authority, and who are willing to speak up for the truth.

There are many disagreements about the facts surrounding the assassination. Witnesses have given contradictory accounts, testimony has been changed, and people ignored. There are many theories and many dead ends, but researchers have gone to great lengths to find original documents (many classified for decades), interview and re-interview witnesses, and examine the evidence. They have uncovered information that calls into question the official findings of the Warren Commission. We have been told many times not to trust our lying eyes as we view the film of the public execution of a President. It is not just in our hearts, but in our heads that we confidently expose the conspiracy to assassinate President John F. Kennedy.

America has become Hollywood. We all live pretend lives staring in our own reality show. Andy Warhol's fifteen minutes of fame has come to pass. But many people are hungry for more than their fifteen minutes; they want to be immortalized on the Internet. If you are not Internet Famous than what are you? Or better, who are you? So I have launched my quest for Internet Fame. My Latest Obsession is to be a virtual star. I have become a fictional character that shares my name.
When I search google for Paul Pendergast I want to see my happy face smiling back at me. Even if it's superimposed on some bald guy who is the first google image if you search my name. And won't that doppelganger be surprise when he googles himself!
